The postcard’s late arrival was only a small problem.
The bigger issue:
- The vendor’s database system erroneously linked my name and address with the title and association of someone else.
And, since this vendor’s “full suite of services for associations” includes fulfillment, I had to wonder about their expertise at fulfillment ... one of the services they offer.
Personalized contact with association members and prospects is important.
Getting the names and titles correct is much more important.
